Arts Education Program

The KA Arts is pleased to offer Arts Education in schools or community organizations! Our talented faculty lead engaging and culturally enriching classes that can be tailored to single sessions or extended throughout the school year. Areas of study include visual arts (painting, sketching, graphic design) and Kapoeira Angola, an Afro-Brazilian art form that blends dance, martial arts, and music. These programs provide students with creative tools to express themselves, deepen their understanding of cultural traditions, and develop important skills in both the arts and physical movement.

Saturday Arts Program

The Saturday Arts Program is The KA Arts main program for youth ages 5-18. Our program offers year-long courses in visual arts (painting, sketching, graphic design) and Kapoeira Angola, an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines dance, acrobatics, and music. Classes are available at multiple levels and are taught by our experienced and passionate teaching artists, who specialize in helping children build confidence and pride through creative expression.

At the end of the year, KA Arts scholars showcase their growth and talents in an exciting culminating program, open to the public, where they demonstrate what they've learned throughout the year.

Entrepreneurial Program

The Entrepreneurship Program at The KA Arts empowers youth with the knowledge and skills to start and run their own businesses from the ground up. Our hands-on curriculum guides students through every step of the entrepreneurial journey, from developing a business idea to launching and managing a company. Participants learn essential skills such as creating a business plan, managing finances, marketing products or services, and building sustainable growth strategies. Through this program, students gain the confidence to become successful entrepreneurs, create economic opportunities for themselves, and contribute to their communities.
